Nicola Sue Art maintains printing and copywrites to all art pieces. Limited edition prints are only limited to the item they are printed on. Nicola Sue Art maintains the right to print unlimited amounts of all artwork on different mediums.

Can I cancel my order?
Be mindful that once you have purchased the items in your cart, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
I don't have PayPal. Can I pay Via Direct Back Deposit?
Yes. If you would like to purchase items via Direct Bank Deposit, simply use the "Contact Us" button to arrange this. Please be mindful, items will not be posted until the correct deposited funds are cleared.
How Much Is Postage for Printed Items?
We provide FREE standard postage for all printed items Australia Wide, this includes; Framed Mini Prints, Cushions & Paper prints!
How Much are Courier costs for Original artwork?
We know you want the very best when it comes to couriering Original works of Art. Courier Costs for originals are included in the artworks purchase price (Aus only).
Have you been experiencing slower postage time frames due to Covid 19?
Yes. Please keep in mind postage timeframes have been affected by Covid 19 & your order may take longer to get to you.
Do Prints come framed?
Mini Framed Paper Prints Do come framed.
Paper prints Do Not come framed, they come carefully sent rolled in a tube for you to frame.
Do Cushions come with inserts?
Yes, each of our 45x45cm cushion covers come with a plump 50cmx50cm insert made from PET fibre derived from recycled plastic water bottles.
Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry. We are not currently set up to ship internationally.
Are your printed items made to order?
Paper Prints are made to order. Please be mindful that made to order pieces may take longer to arrive. Please feel free to contact us for estimated made to order timeframes.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Please ensure that you choose carefully. We MAY offer partial refund or item replacement dependant upon circumstances, these circumstances MUST be discussed in depth with the artist and dated photo evidence of any damages will need to be provided to the Artist and when deemed necessary, professional advice will be sought. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, or dislike of product. Originals are photographed with a date stamped photo prior to being sent & are shipped with insurance. If originals are damaged due to postage, an insurance claim may be made & the processing of the claim will be in the hands of the Courier company.
